Why Massage Therapy?

Massage Therapy plays a powerful role in helping us move through life—whether we’re managing daily stress, emotional overwhelm, injury recovery, or chronic conditions. It’s all connected.

And feeling better matters.
As Human Beans (yes, beans!), we’re not meant to just “get through” each day—we’re meant to feel good in our bodies and in our lives.

My Personal Journey

In 2021, I was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident.

Followed by a duo of  surgeries,  long stretches of recovery, and deep personal transformation. Massage therapy was instrumental in helping me reconnect with my body, manage pain, rebuild strength, and regain trust in the healing process.

Having been on both sides of the table—as both a client and a therapist—I understand just how deeply massage can support physical, emotional, and nervous system recovery.

My Approach

I’ve been receiving and practicing massage for over 20 years. I’ve come to understand that healing is never one-size-fits-all. Every body is different. Every session should be, too.

Your body needs to feel safe in order to heal—and that’s always my priority.

I combine various manual therapy techniques, along with Hot Stone Massage, Myofascial Release Cupping, and Fire Cupping to support your unique path to recovery, maintenance, and well-being. Whether you're here to unwind, manage pain, or reconnect with yourself—I’ll meet you where you are.

Let’s Work Together

Whether you're recovering, maintaining, or simply ready to feel better in your body—I’m here to support you.

I’m a confident and experienced graduate of MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, bringing both a diverse clinical skill set and a wealth of life experience to every treatment.

My approach blends technical expertise with intuitive, experience-based knowing.

I work with a trauma-informed lens, and I have a deep, personal understanding of how healing happens—physically, emotionally, and neurologically.

Having moved through chronic pain, injury, depression, anxiety, and trauma myself, I don’t just treat symptoms—I listen, support, and walk alongside you on your path to recovery.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, long-term stress, or chronic pain, I’m here to support your healing with care, skill, and presence.

My mission is simple: to help you feel better and know what to do next.
When you leave your treatment, I want you walking out not just with less pain—but with a sense of confidence, safety,  clarity, and support.

I've been there.

I’ve lived through a debilitating low back injury—and I recovered.
I’ve survived a serious car accident that flipped my world upside down—and I healed.
In both cases, massage therapy was a critical part of my recovery.

I get what it’s like when your nervous system is in survival mode.
When your pain has layers—emotional, physical, invisible.
When touch feels both necessary and overwhelming.
When healing feels like a mountain.

That’s why I approach massage therapy with compassion, patience, and a trauma-informed lens. This is a space where you don’t have to mask your pain, explain your past, or have it all together. (Spoiler alert: No one has it all together).

You just get to be supported.

Whether you're navigating trauma, chronic pain, or mental health challenges—you’re not alone.

When I say I get it, I mean it.

I also know what it’s like to feel unheard in your pain. That frustration of feeling like no one is really listening?
Yeah. I’ve been there too.

That’s why I do things differently.

 I listen. I care. I treat.

And I help you move forward—on your terms.
