Policies These help keep appointments fair, consistent, and available for all clients.

 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to the full treatment fee.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be made using one of the following:

 

If the cancellation is 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, you can log into the booking app, or from your original booking confirmation email and click cancel appointment. Otherwise:

Facebook messages are not monitored, nor accepted, for cancellations.

Clients are responsible for remembering their scheduled appointments.


Repeat Cancellations

To support fair scheduling, clients with:

  • 3 consecutive cancellations/reschedules, or
  • 4 or more within a 12-month period

may be asked to take a 6-month break from booking before returning.


Exceptions

Fees will not apply in the case of:

  • medical emergency requiring urgent care
  • death in the family
  • natural disaster

Insurance & Fees

Late cancellation and no-show fees cannot be submitted to insurance providers. Receipts will clearly state “late cancellation/no-show fee” and cannot be altered.


Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

You are responsible for any fees not covered by insurance, including situations where:

  • direct billing is unavailable
  • benefits are exhausted
  • required documentation is missing or incomplete

It is recommended that you confirm coverage and direct billing eligibility with your insurance provider prior to your appointment.

Accepted payment methods:
e-transfer, cash, cheque, debit, and direct billing.

Credit cards are accepted, please note there is a $5 credit card transaction fee. This is not a fee I collect, it simply covers what the CC company charges for each transaction.
