Offered for most insurance companies. Please contact your provider *prior* to your appointment to ensure they allow direct billing and/or how much of your treatment is covered. Receipts are provided for all treatments if required, and always on file for future needs. Note: If, for any reason, a payment cannot be processed full treatment fee is still required at end of session. (i.e. Insurance company portal not working, internet not working, claim has been denied for any reason)
Cash is always accepted, however limited change is on site for large bills.

There is a $5 processing fee for all credit cards and for each transaction. This is *not* a fee I collect, it is simply to cover the cost of the processing fees charged by the credit card company. This small action helps me keep costs down and equal and fair for everyone. If this creates any barrier please reach out to me directly. We can discuss options. I do not want this to impede anyone's ability to receiving treatment
